Prices: All the prices shown are in Euros inclusive of VAT and any other taxes. Shipping costs are added separately in your order total and depends on weight of the order and delivery destination.
Deliveries: Your orders will be delivered carefully packed and protected against normal shipping handling. Orders are not necessarily shipped just after they have been placed. Although we do our best to ship as soon as possible, they are usually shipped within 48 hours after we have received them. Delivery times indicated on the website are purely indicative.
Warranty: We guarantee that the products delivered are exactly the same of those shown on our webshop. If a product you have ordered is missing from your delivery or you received a different product by mistake, we will send the missing or correct product at no charge.
We guarantee the products are stored and handled carefully until your order has been picked up by the shipper company. We cannot be responsible for any damage occurred after or any damage due to a bad handling after the product has been delivered to its final destination.
If your order is delivered to you visibly damaged (crushed shipping box, for example), you must refuse it and sign your refusal to the delivery personnel.
Return: You have the right to return an order without any particular reason within 7 days from the date you received it, if you are not satisfied. Before sending the products back, you must write us by e-mail at sierrafox@sierrafoxhobbies.com. There are occasions when it could be unnecessary or unconfortable to you to send back the products.
The returned product must be re-saleable. That is, unopened, undamaged, with labels and packing in perfect conditions. We request all items are returned at the customers cost, we will not accept packages charged by shipping costs.
You must be over 18 to place orders on SierraFox Hobbies. Please note that our website is available only to individuals that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please refrain from using this website.
