This nose cone is made by three parts to be assembled together using epoxy glue. The nose cone itself is made of strong and durable plastic, the shoulder (which goes into the body tube) is made of kraft cardboard, and the closure is made of a light plywood bulkplate, with a screw-eye to attach the shock cord and the parachute.
