Description
24mm Aluminum Rocket Motor Retainer for Estes and other 24mm (BT-50) tubes with O.D. 24,8 mm
Retainers are used in place of the hook. It makes it easier to install or remove the motor from the engine mount. Epoxy is needed to glue the retainer to the motor tube. JB Weld is highly recommended.
Once installed, the retainer doesn't require any tools to operate. Simply install the model rocket motor, and screw on the cap.
This retainer will work for the following motors: Cesaroni (CTI) Pro24, Aerotech RMS 24/40, Aerotech 24mm Single Use Motors, Estes and TSP 24mm Motors (which will require thrust ring)
NOTE: This Retainer will not accomodate Aerotech RMS 24/60
