Phobos - Klima

The Phobos is a model rocket belonging to the "Quick & Easy" family of the largest European manufacturer of rocket kits and accessories. This line of kits includes very simple models, easy to assemble, intended especially for beginners and suitable for Klima and Estes engines.

Features:

Phobos is named after the largest of the moons of Mars. It is a beautiful model with a diameter of 35 mm and a very lively colour. Like its "brothers" in the same series, the plastic lugs are inserted into the guides of the mount, which ensure perfect effortless alignment, and the mount is slid onto the fuselage tube in turn. It is possible to mount the interlocking fins, without even using glue.

The launch guide is integrated into this support and therefore does not need to be glued to the fuselage and is already perfectly aligned.

The instructions are very complete and are enriched by clear illustrations. Being a kit made in Europe, the instructions are written in English, German, French, Spanish.

It takes 15 to 45 minutes to assemble the Phobos, depending on your skill or if you want to paint it.

As in all kits of the "Quick & Easy" family, the main tube is gloss white and does not require painting. This model has a very colorful livery, with its yellow winglets and brightly colored self-adhesive decals.

The Phobos flies with 18mm motors, from class B to D, so both Klimas and Estes can be used.

Recovery is ensured by a 40cm plastic parachute. The parachute must be cut from an included printed plastic sheet, with instructions printed on it, and the strings must be made from the string included in the package and attached to the parachute.

For launching you need a launch pad with a 3mm rod, such as the Klima launch pad or the Estes Astron II or Porta Pad, and a launch controller such as the Klima command, the Estes Astron II Launch Controller or the Estes Electron beam.

Motors, glues and batteries are not included.
